Key Responsibilities:

We are looking for a qualified individual to oversee our Customer Support and Field Operations Division. In this capacity, you will collaborate closely with external clients to ensure that our products and service agreements are executed effectively and that client expectations are met. The ideal candidate will coordinate with various internal teams, including Procurement, Engineering, and Quality Assurance, while maintaining communication with clients. You will be responsible for supervising, managing, and guiding teams involved in the installation, servicing, and warranty of our products both domestically and internationally.

This hybrid role is based at our corporate headquarters. You will report directly to the Director of Quality Assurance.

How You Will Achieve This:
  • Lead a diverse team comprising both on-site and remote personnel.
  • Manage an international team of technicians specialized in aviation.
  • Engage with clients on a daily basis regarding program performance, timelines, and contract obligations.
  • Create schedules for intricate development and upgrade projects utilizing project management tools.
  • Exhibit strong organizational skills, capable of adapting to changing priorities and managing multiple tasks.
  • Distribute daily tasks after reviewing engineering orders and technical drawings.
  • Ensure a safe working environment for personnel and equipment.
  • Oversee logistics from procurement to delivery, including inventory management at client facilities.
  • Manage updates to documentation, ensuring accuracy against the Master Data List.
  • Compile and organize necessary documentation for client delivery.
Qualifications We Seek:

Essential:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as science, engineering, or aeronautical services from an accredited institution.
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in aircraft maintenance management and quality assurance.
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical schematics and engineering drawings.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong leadership and communication abilities in a collaborative environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills; adept at managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
  • Must be able to obtain a United States Passport.
Preferred:
  • Experience in military aircraft maintenance management or quality assurance.
  • Possession of an FAA Airframe and PowerPlant (A&P) license.
  • Experience with military or civilian aircraft avionics at the operational level.
