Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the financial management of the RAI Department, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with IRC's financial regulations.
  • Provide financial guidance and support to program teams, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, including government agencies and donors.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in financial regulations and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in financial management, preferably in a non-profit organization.
  • Advanced skills in MS Excel, data visualization, and use of databases.
  • Prior experience working with partner organizations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
