Join the International Rescue Committee (IRC) as a Deputy Director, R&P Budget and Finance, and play a critical role in leading the financial management of our Resettlement and Integration (RAI) Department. Key Responsibilities:- Lead the financial management of the RAI Department, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with IRC's financial regulations.
- Provide financial guidance and support to program teams, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, including government agencies and donors.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in financial regulations and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in financial management, preferably in a non-profit organization.
- Advanced skills in MS Excel, data visualization, and use of databases.
- Prior experience working with partner organizations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
