Mobile Sales Operations Leader

Daily Responsibilities- Drive sales success by understanding and addressing customer needs with tailored solutions.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the performance objectives of your team.
- Work closely with management to develop strategic plans that align with performance metrics.
- Meet established sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Organize weekly schedules to ensure adequate staffing across all locations.
- Train team members on operational procedures, product knowledge, and carrier guidelines.
- Oversee the onboarding and offboarding processes for all staff.
- Engage in all required training for personal and professional development.
- Participate in sales initiatives and collaborate with your team as needed.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail management within the wireless or electronics sector.
- Availability for full-time work, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to lift 30-50 pounds and remain on your feet for extended periods.
- Possession of a valid driver's license and reliable transportation to various locations during operational hours.
- Experience in recruitment, coaching, human resources, and compliance with employment standards.
- Proficient in managing budgets, forecasting sales, and analyzing retail metrics.
- Successful completion of a background check and clearance to access specific locations is required for this position.
