The Government Sales Executive position at T-Mobile is a remote opportunity aimed at enhancing our engagement with State and Local Government entities. In this role, you will take charge of driving revenue growth, managing contracts, and ensuring outstanding customer satisfaction to boost retention and sales performance. Your achievements will be evaluated based on your ability to meet sales objectives while embodying T-Mobile's fundamental principles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and cultivate new business prospects within designated accounts
  • Surpass sales targets while maintaining customer retention goals
  • Facilitate contract negotiations and manage agreements
  • Serve as a representative of the brand and foster client relationships
  • Promote T-Mobile solutions by accurately assessing client requirements
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure customer success

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma/GED (Mandatory)
  • Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Minimum of 4 years in outside sales
  • At least 2 years of experience in public sector sales is preferred
  • 2+ years in telecommunications or technology sales is advantageous

Skills and Competencies:

  • Exceptional presentation and strategic selling capabilities
  • Strong interpersonal skills coupled with technical proficiency
  • Ability to collaborate with internal teams and nurture long-term relationships
