Position Overview:


We are looking for a Mobile Retail Operations Leader to cultivate a team of skilled wireless sales professionals dedicated to providing exceptional in-store sales experiences.

Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that your location consistently achieves excellence in all facets of the customer journey.

You will demonstrate operational excellence, uphold the OSL brand, add value to our clients, and consistently meet their business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
Accountable for meeting all critical business targets, including sales, revenue, and customer satisfaction.


Adhere to operational protocols to ensure compliance standards are met, and guarantee that the team accurately completes all sales and operational processes.


Communicate effectively and contribute to achieving all sales goals, including new activations, upgrades, prepaid, accessory sales, and other key performance indicators for the store.

Proactively engage with customers and implement all steps of the OSL sales program as specified.

Develop practical and relevant action plans within the constraints of time and resources.

Provide coaching, mentoring, inspiration, and motivation to the team regarding sales techniques, customer experience, and operational efficiency.

Ensure the store is adequately staffed at all times in accordance with OSL's payroll guidelines.

Record all scheduled shifts, including clocking in/out as per guidelines.

Follow proper performance management protocols as necessary.

Ensure adherence to all safety and security policies and procedures as outlined.

Participate in special projects as required.

Candidate Qualifications:
2 – 3 years of experience in retail and management.

Experience in the wireless or electronics industry is advantageous.

Demonstrated ability to drive sales and service while achieving operational standards through field teams.

Proven experience in team management.

Strong understanding of recruitment, human resources, coaching, performance management, and employment standards.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Customer service orientation, attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and results-driven focus.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Availability to work evenings and weekends.

OSL conducts pre-employment background checks during the hiring process.

Must possess a valid driver's license or passport.

Physical Job Requirements:
Ability to provide personal transportation and travel extensively to various locations during the day and evening.

Capability to lift 30-50 pounds.

Ability to stand for extended periods.
