About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Mobile Sales Associate. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth in our store-in-store locations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively engage with customers in a fast-paced retail environment, using digital tools and effective communication skills to educate and showcase the value of our products and services.
  • Consistently leverage digital self-serve tools during customer interactions and the onboarding process, identifying customer needs and using solution-based selling techniques to deepen relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Complete training on the T-Mobile in-store experience, new skills, products, and processes, and continuously learn and improve skills to provide the best possible experience for our customers.
  • Partner with home store locations to properly onboard customers, perform skills practicing, knowledge sharing, store operations, opening, and closing procedures.
  • Be customer-obsessed, passionate, friendly, and engaging with customers, building rapport, trust, and loyalty with every interaction, and committed to providing exceptional service and exceeding customer expectations.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma/GED (Required)
  • 6 Months of Customer Service and/or Sales Experience, Retail Environment (Preferred)
  • Customer Satisfaction: Passionate Customer Advocate With The Desire To Be Yourself When Connecting And Having Fun With Our Customers. Effective At Balancing Customer Experience And Performance Goals (Required)
  • Team Building: Desire To Be A Part Of The Game-Changing T-Mobile Store Team. Willingness To Work Alongside Peers And Store Leaders, Learning And Sharing Best Practices, While Serving Customers And Providing Resolutions To Issues. (Required)
  • Retail Sales: Competitive Drive And Confidence To Succeed In A Fast-Paced Sales Environment. (Required)
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States

As a Mobile Sales Associate, you will be eligible for a competitive hourly base pay of $16.50, with opportunities for incentive pay and annualized incentive targets. You will also have access to a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, a flexible spending account, 401(k), employee stock grants, employee stock purchase plan, paid time off, and up to 12 paid holidays.
