Job Overview

Position Summary:
This role is essential for maintaining and troubleshooting the computer network at Grow Op Farms. The individual will uphold the company's Standards of Conduct & Discipline while providing support in various IT-related tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
To excel in this position, the candidate must effectively manage the following duties:

  • Resolve printer malfunctions
  • Address network connectivity challenges
  • Troubleshoot software application issues
  • Install and manage network/low voltage cabling
  • Terminate Cat 5e/6 network cables
  • Assist with modifications to physical security cameras and NVR systems
  • Contribute to special projects as required
  • Carry out additional tasks as assigned, including support for Research and Development initiatives.

Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

  • Must be at least 21 years of age.

Education and Experience:
Successful candidates will possess:

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Preferred: Six months of experience in IT support or network administration.

Physical Requirements:
Candidates must be capable of:

  • Walking, sitting, and standing for extended periods, as well as lifting and carrying up to 40 pounds.
  • Frequent climbing, talking, and hearing.
  • Occasional crawling.
  • Seeing clearly at distances of 20+ feet, with or without corrective lenses, and distinguishing colors.

  • Language Proficiency: Ability to read and interpret documents and communicate effectively.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify potential issues and develop solutions.
  • Reasoning Skills: Ability to solve practical problems and interpret various instructions.

While performing essential duties, employees may encounter:

  • Occasional exposure to workplace hazards.
  • Exposure to dust, fumes, vapors, or mists that may impact health.
