Position Summary

This role involves the care and cultivation of cannabis tissue cultures while adhering to the company's Standards of Conduct and Discipline.

Key Responsibilities

To excel in this position, you will be expected to:

  1. Evaluate, trim, and transfer plants to fresh media.
  2. Perform various tasks on plants, including tucking and manipulation.
  3. Maintain cleanliness in the workspace and tissue culture area.
  4. Apply nutrients and pesticides according to established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  5. Manage inventory levels for plants, equipment, and nutrients.
  6. Follow all SOPs diligently.
  7. Assist with Research & Development projects as needed.
  8. Carry out any other assigned duties as required.
Qualifications

To qualify for this position, candidates must meet the following criteria:

  • Must be at least 21 years old.

Education and Experience:

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
  • One year of experience in a processing or production environment.
Physical Requirements

Successful candidates should be able to:

  • Remain seated or standing for extended periods while performing repetitive tasks.
  • Occasionally lift and carry up to 25 pounds.
  • Clearly see at distances of 20+ feet, with or without corrective lenses.

  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to maintain focus on tasks.
Work Environment

While performing the essential duties of this job, employees may be exposed to:
