Job Overview

Position Summary:
This role involves providing support and resolving issues related to the computer network at Grow Op Farms. The individual will uphold the company's Standards of Conduct & Discipline.

Key Responsibilities:
To excel in this position, the candidate must effectively carry out the essential duties outlined below. Reasonable accommodations may be provided for individuals with disabilities to perform these responsibilities.

  • Diagnose and resolve printer malfunctions.
  • Address network connectivity challenges.
  • Resolve issues with computer applications.
  • Install network and low voltage cabling.
  • Terminate Cat 5e/6 network cables.
  • Assist with modifications to physical security cameras and NVR systems.
  • Support special projects as required.
  • Execute additional duties as assigned, including involvement in Research and Development initiatives.

Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, candidates must meet the following minimum qualifications:

  • Must be at least 21 years of age.

Education and Experience:
Successful candidates will possess:

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Preferred experience of six (6) months in IT support or network administration.

Physical Requirements:
To perform this job effectively, individuals must be capable of:

  • Walking, sitting, and standing for extended periods; lifting and carrying up to 40 pounds.
  • Climbing, talking, and hearing frequently.
  • Crawling occasionally.
  • Seeing clearly at distances of 20+ feet, with or without corrective lenses, and distinguishing colors.
