Position Overview
This role is dedicated to providing technical support and troubleshooting for the computer network at Grow Op Farms. The individual will uphold the company's Standards of Conduct & Discipline.

Key Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and resolve printer-related issues.
  • Address network connectivity challenges.
  • Resolve issues related to computer applications.
  • Install and manage network/low voltage cabling.
  • Terminate Cat 5e/6 network cables.
  • Assist with modifications to physical security cameras and NVR systems.
  • Support special projects as required.
  • Execute additional responsibilities as assigned, including contributions to Research and Development initiatives.

Qualifications
To succeed in this role, candidates must meet the following minimum qualifications:

  • Must be at least 21 years of age.

Education and Experience
Successful candidates will possess:

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Preferred: Six months of experience in IT support or network administration.

Physical Requirements
Candidates must be capable of:

  • Walking, sitting, and standing for extended periods; lifting and carrying up to 40 pounds; and performing tasks that require reaching and grasping.
  • Frequently climbing, talking, and hearing.
  • Occasionally crawling.
  • Seeing clearly at distances of 20 feet or more, with or without corrective lenses, and distinguishing colors.
