Position Overview
This role is dedicated to providing technical support and troubleshooting for the computer network at Grow Op Farms. The individual will uphold the company's Standards of Conduct & Discipline.
Key Responsibilities
To excel in this position, the candidate must effectively carry out the essential duties outlined below. Reasonable accommodations may be made for individuals with disabilities to perform these essential functions.
- Diagnose and resolve printer-related issues.
- Address network connectivity challenges.
- Resolve issues related to computer applications.
- Install and manage network/low voltage cabling.
- Terminate Cat 5e/6 network cables.
- Assist with modifications to physical security cameras and NVR systems.
- Support special projects as required.
- Execute additional responsibilities as assigned, including contributions to Research and Development initiatives.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, candidates must meet the following minimum qualifications:
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
Education and Experience
Successful candidates will possess:
- A High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Preferred: Six months of experience in IT support or network administration.
Physical Requirements
Candidates must be capable of:
- Walking, sitting, and standing for extended periods; lifting and carrying up to 40 pounds; and performing tasks that require reaching and grasping.
- Frequently climbing, talking, and hearing.
- Occasionally crawling.
- Seeing clearly at distances of 20 feet or more, with or without corrective lenses, and distinguishing colors.

While performing the essential duties of this position, the employee may encounter:
- Occasional exposure to workplace hazards.
