Compensation: The hourly wage for this position is $16.78, with working hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
Key Responsibilities:This role involves providing essential administrative support and acting as a liaison between the organization and its clients. Adherence to company standards of conduct is crucial.
Primary Duties:
To excel in this position, candidates must effectively manage the following responsibilities:
1. Coordinate incoming and outgoing materials with external suppliers, ensuring accurate manifest information and scheduling.
2. Collaborate with delivery and packaging managers for the pick-up and delivery of materials.
3. Prepare invoices for payment processing.
4. Oversee pesticide testing for all incoming materials.
5. Maintain accurate tracking and recording of all biomass and concentrate throughout processing.
6. Ensure traceability from feedstock to final product, keeping inventory levels updated.
7. Manage testing of intermediate products to prepare for sale, including potency and pesticide analysis.
8. Inform processing clients when final products are sent for testing.
9. Generate invoices for processing clients, including all associated fees.
10. Manifest and transfer outgoing bulk products or coordinate pick-up as needed.
11. Produce and distribute weekly sales projections.
12. Conduct daily compliance checks and weekly traceability audits to ensure product compliance.
13. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the office and assist with general lab housekeeping.
14. Communicate customer feedback to the Laboratory Director through sales representatives.
15. Receive and relay instructions and updates from the Laboratory Director and other team members.
16. Assist with research and development projects as assigned and perform other duties as necessary.
Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:
● Must be at least 21 years old.
Education and Experience:
● High School Diploma or equivalent required.
● 2 to 5 years of administrative experience with increasing responsibilities.
● Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Excel).
● Strong oral and written communication skills.
Physical Requirements:
● Ability to sit or stand for extended periods (approximately 8 hours) and perform repetitive tasks.
● Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform various physical activities.
Skills and Abilities:
● Adaptability to changing work environments and priorities.
● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
● Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service orientation.
● Dependability in following instructions and completing tasks on time.
Work Environment:
