Front Desk Agent Part Time

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Front Desk Agent to join our team at the Los Angeles Marriott Burbank Airport. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, handling room reservations, and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process.
Responsibilities:- Greet and register guests, providing prompt and courteous service
- Handle room reservations, including coding electronic keys and verifying guest information
- Process payments, handle cash, and balance the house bank
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise
- Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks simultaneously
- High school diploma or equivalent required; prior hospitality experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit transactions
- Ability to stand and move throughout the front office, with occasional lifting of up to 10 pounds
The Front Desk Agent will work in a fast-paced environment, with frequent interaction with guests and colleagues. The position requires the ability to work effectively in a team environment, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
