Job Summary
Hanania Auto Group is seeking a highly motivated and charismatic Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for selling new and pre-owned vehicles, providing exceptional customer service, and meeting sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to provide personalized sales experiences.
- Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on the latest vehicle models, features, and technologies to effectively communicate the value proposition to customers.
- Sales Techniques: Utilize effective sales strategies and negotiation skills to close deals and meet sales targets.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues, management, and support staff to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service.
- Continuous Learning: Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance sales skills and stay current with industry trends.
Requirements:
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with customers and colleagues.
- Sales Experience: Previous sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry, is an asset.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM systems and digital tools to stay organized and efficient.
- Self-Motivation: High energy and self-motivation to meet sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
- Valid Driver's License: A valid driver's license is required to participate in test drives and other sales-related activities.
