Equipment Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Equipment Sales Representative to join our team at Ag-Pro. As an Equipment Sales Representative, you will be responsible for selling new and used agricultural equipment and outdoor power equipment to new and existing customers.
Key Responsibilities- Sales and Marketing: Represent the company for the sale of machinery to customers in a defined sales area, maintaining current product knowledge on features and benefits of all equipment potentially saleable by the dealership.
- Market Analysis: Monitor competitive activity/products and timely communicate to management, accordingly.
- Sales Management: Maintain sales management information for all customers in the assigned territory.
- Demonstrations and Presentations: Conduct new equipment field demonstrations.
- Customer Relationship Management: Monitor trends in customer's business activities and timely communicate to management.
- Used Equipment Evaluation: Maintain current knowledge of used equipment values and ability to evaluate properly for trading purposes.
- Financing Options: Maintain current knowledge of financing options to assist customers with securing the purchase of new and used goods.
- Training and Development: Attend applicable sales training events/seminars.
- Other Duties: Perform other duties as assigned.
- Experience: 1-2 years of agricultural equipment/outdoor power equipment sales experience preferred.
- Technical Skills: Ability to use standard desktop load applications such as Microsoft Office and internet functions.
- Flexibility: Ability to work flexible hours.
- Customer Relationship Skills: Excellent customer relationship skills.
- Education: Associates or Bachelors degree preferred.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze and interpret basic sales reports.
