Boat & ATV Sales Consultant Job Description

Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Boat & ATV Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team at Bass Pro Shops. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with customers, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide world-class customer service, ensuring a positive and productive shopping experience for all customers.
  • Engage with customers, determine their boating and ATV needs, and provide information to facilitate informed buying decisions.
  • Maintain current product knowledge, staying up-to-date on product features, pricing, and promotions.
  • Work collaboratively with the Service Department to ensure seamless delivery of products to customers.
  • Manage leads and prospects, entering new customers and conducting follow-up activities in our CRM tool.
  • Participate in special events, such as Boat Shows and Parking Lot events, and accurately complete all necessary paperwork.
  • Meet and exceed individual monthly sales goals, contributing to company-wide sales objectives.

Requirements:

  • High school education or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to calculate figures, communicate effectively, and establish strong working relationships.
  • Proficiency in operating computer systems and Point of Sale register systems.
