About the Role
As a Program Financial Analyst, you will oversee front-end administration. This role will collaborate closely with Transportation team members and users to deliver support for integrated business collaboration solutions. You will also assist the Program Finance, Engineering, and Functional leaders in executing their responsibilities related to ongoing cross-department continuous improvement, problem-solving, project implementation, training, and governance initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify, assess, and quantify program financial risks.
  • Formulate risk mitigation strategies and oversee their execution.
  • Support Earned Value Management (EVM) and other program performance measurement methodologies.
  • Conduct program cost evaluations and profitability assessments.
  • Ensure adherence to government and company regulations, policies, and standards.
  • Monitor and analyze actual costs against projected expenditures.
  • Identify cost drivers and opportunities for cost reduction.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of cost control measures.
  • Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to program managers and senior leadership.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in financial analysis, program finance, or a related field within the Aerospace & Defense sector.
  • Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) and other financial management tools, such as Cobra.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team setting.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
  • Familiarity with financial planning software and ERP systems.
Physical/Mental/Emotional Requirements:
Regularly walk, sit, stand, and climb stairs.
Frequently perform repetitive hand, arm, and finger motions, demonstrating dexterity.
Occasionally lift or carry items weighing up to 25 lbs.
Working Conditions:
Occasionally exposed to outdoor elements (high/low temperatures, sun, rain/snow, etc.).
Occasionally exposed to fumes or hazardous materials.
Occasionally exposed to loud noises.

$79,000 - $108,989.33
