Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

* Provide technical support for hardware and software issues, including troubleshooting and resolving problems with desktops, laptops, and mobile devices
* Assist with the installation and configuration of new hardware and software
* Collaborate with the server team to ensure seamless desktop-related functions and operations
* Develop and maintain documentation on IT procedures and policies

Requirements

* Associate degree in a related field and 4 years of relevant experience or the equivalent combination of education and experience
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
