Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Nurse Advice Call Center Professional to join our team at Providence Medical Foundation. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to patients over the phone, helping them navigate the healthcare system and make informed decisions about their care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Triage incoming calls and assess patient needs
  • Provide healthcare advice and guidance to patients
  • Facilitate referrals to primary providers, healthcare facilities, and community resources
  • Educate patients on healthcare options, risks, and wellness/prevention behaviors
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
  • California Registered Nurse License
  • Case management or acute care experience in a healthcare setting
  • 2 years of Acute or ambulatory nursing experience
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field
  • 2 years of Case management or acute care experience in a healthcare setting
  • 7 years of Acute or ambulatory nursing experience
