Position Overview: As a Property and Auto Claims Specialist, you will be responsible for evaluating and managing complex personal and commercial property claims, with a focus on delivering exceptional service and resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and process intricate claims, ensuring thorough documentation and accurate coding.
  • Oversee the litigation process for claims that require legal attention.
  • Coordinate with vendors and independent adjusters to facilitate comprehensive investigations.
  • Report significant claims to excess carriers and maintain compliance with state regulations.
  • Identify subrogation opportunities and manage salvage processes effectively.
  • Communicate updates and claim actions with all relevant parties, including insured clients and brokers.

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor’s degree is preferred, along with relevant professional certifications.
  • A minimum of five years in claims management or a related field, with a solid understanding of property policies and estimating software.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and negotiation skills are essential.
