Job Summary:

As a Special Police Officer at Paragon, you will play a critical role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients and employees. This position requires a high level of professionalism, attention to detail, and effective communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enforce security protocols and maintain order within assigned premises, ensuring a safe and secure environment for all individuals.
  • Conduct thorough patrols to identify and address potential security risks, utilizing your knowledge of security procedures and protocols.
  • Monitor surveillance systems and promptly respond to any suspicious activities or alarms, taking swift action to mitigate potential threats.
  • Collaborate with law enforcement agencies to ensure seamless communication and coordination in the event of an incident.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by assisting visitors and addressing their inquiries or concerns, demonstrating a commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare detailed incident reports and maintain accurate records of all security-related activities, ensuring transparency and accountability.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a security-related field, with a strong understanding of security protocols and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
