Compassionate Patient Care Assistant

About the Role:
Eminence Home Care is seeking committed and skilled Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to provide exceptional care to individuals in their residences or healthcare settings. As a vital member of our team, you will ensure that every patient receives the utmost level of support and care.
Your Responsibilities:
- Assist patients with essential daily activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Monitor and document vital signs and patient information.
- Administer prescribed medications under the guidance of healthcare professionals.
- Offer emotional support to patients and their families.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to create and implement personalized care plans.
- Maintain a safe and hygienic environment for all patients.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- State Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
- Valid CPR certification.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Attention to detail and a compassionate, patient-centered approach.
