KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Inspiring Leadership
- Facilitate training for the Patient Care Consultant (PCC) team.
- Guide the PCCs through influence, ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
- Promote a culture aligned with corporate values, focusing on medicinal and clinical excellence.
Commitment to Exceptional Guest & Patient Service
- Welcome all guests, patients, colleagues, and vendors with warmth and professionalism.
- Utilize guest service training to assist patients with their needs, including check-ins for various services.
- Manage and promote the Curio Wellness Loyalty Program to enhance guest engagement.
- Strive to exceed expectations, ensuring patients and guests leave with a sense of satisfaction.
Contributing to Retail Sales Excellence
- Master the point-of-sale (POS) system and standard operating procedures to ensure accurate and compliant transactions.
- Gain a comprehensive understanding of product offerings and their health benefits.
- Stay informed about promotions and effectively sell products aligned with these initiatives.
- Assist management in preparing product presentations for team meetings.
- Communicate inventory needs to relevant managers to inform ordering and promotional strategies.
- Actively participate in sales initiatives and team efforts.
Understanding of Patient Care Consultant and Inventory Lead Roles
- Exhibit a willingness to learn about the roles of Patient Care Consultant and Inventory Lead within the organization.
- Maintain awareness of responsibilities to step into these roles when necessary.
- Collaborate with the PCC and Inventory teams to enhance understanding of their functions.
Flexibility and Cross-Functional Support
- Demonstrate adaptability to support various roles within the organization as needed.
- Engage in training sessions to enhance knowledge of responsibilities across roles.
Ensuring Compliance
- Adhere to compliance protocols to ensure all activities align with regulatory standards.
- Educate PCCs on compliance matters and assist leadership in addressing potential issues.
- Follow confidentiality guidelines.
- Participate in compliance inspections as required.
Operational Excellence
- Serve as Manager on Duty (MOD) during shifts, ensuring all areas meet operational standards.
- Oversee store opening and closing procedures.
- Manage financial transactions, including cash handling and reconciliations.
Functional Responsibilities
- Complete tasks assigned by supervisors related to the Patient Care Consultant's functional areas.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

Education and Experience:
A high school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in cannabis, retail, hospitality, or customer service is preferred.
