We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Patient Care Advisor to join our team at Curio Wellness. As a Patient Care Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service to patients and the public, while also promoting and selling our premium retail products.
Key Responsibilities- Guest Service: Greet all guests, patients, peers, and vendors with warmth and a smile, and follow guest service training to assist patients with their reason for visiting the Wellness Center.
- Product Education: Learn, promote, and manage points/rewards for the Far & Dotter Loyalty Program, and always go above and beyond to provide patients and guests with an elevated experience.
- Retail Sales: Learn point-of-sale (POS) system and SOPs, and execute processes accurately to ensure all transactions are correct and compliant.
- Compliance: Follow compliance procedures to assure all activities and transactions follow MCA regulations and Far & Dotter SOPs.
- Operations: Ability to execute the picking and packing of retail orders, processing transactions, checking consumers in, and assisting consumers as they shop our wellness boutique.
- Education: High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED); previous cannabis, retail, hospitality or guest service sales experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Skills: Strong guest service skills, social, friendly and outgoing demeanor, ability to positively interact with patients and the public, and ability to empathize and understand challenges patients have with their health.
- Experience: Previous experience in a retail or customer-facing role, preferably in the cannabis industry.
- Competitive Salary: $18 USD per hour.
