This is a hybrid position that requires working two days in the office and three days from home.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Commercial team with administrative tasks and learn about the insurance industry.
  • Answer phones, route calls, and manage messages.
  • Perform data entry, invoicing, policy checks, endorsements, renewal preparation, and file maintenance.
  • Issue certificates of insurance.
  • Create reports and assist with sending out renewal questionnaires.
  • Foster relationships with teammates across all levels of Brown & Brown.
  • Ensure compliance with government agencies and corporate policies and procedures.
  • Attend training sessions and courses to maintain up-to-date skills.
  • Maintain confidentiality at the highest level.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of office administration experience.
  • Property & Casualty license or obtain it within 90 days of starting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
