As a Home Based Therapeutic Support Staff at Looking Upwards, Inc., you will play a vital role in the lives of children and families. Your primary responsibility will be to provide therapeutic support to children in their homes under the direction of a licensed clinician.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop daily life skills for everyday routines
  • Teach positive behaviors and coping skills
  • Enhance social awareness and social skills


Mandatory Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must meet the following requirements:

  • Be at least 19 years of age
  • Hold a high school diploma or GED
  • Have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
  • Own an insured and inspected automobile
  • Complete required trainings, including CPR, First Aid, and CPI


$22-$24 per hour
