**Job Title:** Family Support Specialist

We are seeking a reliable and caring individual to assist with childcare duties for a 5-month-old. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys working with infants and providing support to parents.

**Responsibilities:

  • Assist with daily childcare tasks, ensuring the safety and well-being of the child
  • Provide support to the primary caregiver, following their instructions and guidelines
  • Create a nurturing and stimulating environment for the child
  • Collaborate effectively with the primary caregiver to ensure the child's needs are met

**Requirements:

  • Prior experience working with infants preferred
  • A genuine interest in child development
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills
  • First aid and CPR certification is a plus

The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children and be able to provide high-quality care. The salary for this position is $15-$20 per hour, depending on experience.
