Surgical Technologist III

We are seeking a highly skilled Surgical Technologist III to join our team at HCA HealthONE Rose. As a key member of our perioperative team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of surgical procedures.
Responsibilities- Assist surgeons and anesthesiologists during surgical procedures, maintaining a sterile environment and providing necessary equipment and supplies.
- Prepare and maintain operating room equipment, instruments, and supplies, adhering to hospital standards and policies.
- Participate in the care and cleaning of OR equipment, ensuring optimal functionality and safety.
- Support the surgeon by providing instrumentation appropriate for the task, pulling cases as needed, and breaking down cases at the end of the procedure.
- Collaborate with the perioperative team to ensure seamless communication and efficient workflow.
- Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
- Registration as a Surgical Tech by Colorado Division of Registration (DORA) required.
- Current CST Certification from NBSTSA preferred.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Graduation from an accredited program for Operating Room Technicians.
- One (1) year minimum experience.
- Advanced knowledge in the scrub role and responsibilities for multiple surgical specialties preferred.
