Our client is a prominent real estate organization specializing in development, design, and construction. The Construction Project Leader will collaborate with a team of real estate professionals, financial consultants, architects, engineers, and construction specialists. This role is pivotal in delivering solutions by working closely with an ownership team and managing projects from inception to completion, taking full responsibility for all project phases.

Job Responsibilities

The Construction Project Leader will:
  • Possess a minimum of five (5) years of experience in commercial tenant improvements, renovations, expansions, SCIFs, etc.
  • Exhibit excellent communication abilities.
  • Demonstrate capability in directing complex projects from initial concept to operational status.
  • Have proficiency in Microsoft Project and the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Be skilled in creating material take-offs.
  • Be able to read and interpret blueprints effectively.
  • Showcase marketing and presentation skills.
  • Be highly organized, motivated, and a detail-oriented problem solver.
  • Hold a college degree in a construction or engineering field, preferred but not mandatory.
Ideal Candidate Profile

The successful candidate for the Construction Project Leader position will possess:
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • A diverse project background, particularly in commercial projects.
  • Experience in overseeing SCIF, Tenant Improvement, Commercial Renovation, Expansion, etc.
  • A minimum of 5-10 years of experience as a Project Manager.
