Position Overview:

In the role of Architectural Project Leader, you will oversee and direct architectural projects, ensuring superior results from the initial design phase through to final execution.

This position requires collaboration with clients, consultants, and internal teams to provide outstanding architectural solutions and support the firm’s expansion.


Key Responsibilities:
Lead architectural projects from initial concept to final completion.
Develop and present design solutions that meet client expectations and project specifications.
Manage project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and reports.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure effective project delivery.
Ensure adherence to relevant codes, standards, and regulations.
Guide and mentor junior staff members.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
Registered Architect (license preferred).
Experience in healthcare, K-12 education, and science & technology projects.
Proficiency in architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
