  • Guest Reception: Greet and assist guests during check-in and check-out, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
  • Payment Processing: Handle all forms of payment accurately and efficiently, maintaining financial integrity in all transactions.
  • Room Management: Oversee room assignments and address any changes or issues promptly, ensuring guest privacy and satisfaction.
  • Customer Support: Address guest inquiries and resolve any escalated issues, ensuring a high level of service and satisfaction.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of guest registrations, transactions, and service requests.
Additional Duties:

In addition to the primary responsibilities, you will also:

  • Ensure the front desk and lobby areas are clean, organized, and well-stocked.
  • Compile and distribute necessary reports to management.
  • Report any maintenance or safety concerns to the appropriate personnel.
