About the Role

This Senior Construction Cost Estimator position is a critical component of our project management team in Washington, DC. You will be responsible for developing accurate and detailed cost estimates for large-scale construction projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and analyzing cost escalation and other factors.

Responsibilities
  • Develop detailed cost estimates for projects, considering factors such as material costs, labor rates, and inflation
  • Work closely with project managers, engineers, and architects to ensure estimates meet project requirements
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in cost estimation, incorporating new knowledge into your work
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing clear and concise cost estimates and recommendations
Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 8 years of relevant work experience in engineering or construction
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Proven track record of developing accurate and detailed cost estimates
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Benefits and Compensation
