Senior Construction Budget Analyst

This Senior Construction Cost Estimator position is a critical component of our project management team in Washington, DC. You will be responsible for developing accurate and detailed cost estimates for large-scale construction projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and analyzing cost escalation and other factors.
Responsibilities- Develop detailed cost estimates for projects, considering factors such as material costs, labor rates, and inflation
- Work closely with project managers, engineers, and architects to ensure estimates meet project requirements
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in cost estimation, incorporating new knowledge into your work
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing clear and concise cost estimates and recommendations
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 8 years of relevant work experience in engineering or construction
- Bachelor's Degree
- Proven track record of developing accurate and detailed cost estimates
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
