Leading Construction Projects

We are looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead our construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of delivering successful construction projects on schedule and within budget.
Main Responsibilities:
- Project Planning: Oversee all aspects of construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Coordination: Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure project objectives are met.
- Project Monitoring: Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Safety and Quality: Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Communication: Provide regular project updates to stakeholders, including senior management and clients.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field. Applicable experience may be substituted for the degree requirement.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, techniques, and materials.
- 30-hour OSHA certification.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and building codes.
- PMP or other project management certification is a plus.
