Job Title: Budgeting and Reporting Analyst

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Budgeting and Reporting Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing cost accounting functions, including standard costing, variance analysis, and inventory valuation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with plant teams to ensure accurate reporting of production and inventory data.
  • Assist with month-end close processes and financial reporting.
  • Conduct on-site visits to facilities (minimal travel) to ensure alignment with accounting practices.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 3+ years of cost accounting experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of standard costing, inventory management, and ERP systems.

The estimated salary for this role is $90,000 - $120,000 per year.
