We are looking for an experienced Grant Budget Analyst to join our finance team at Prosperity Now. As a Grant Budget Analyst, you will be responsible for the pre-award activities, including reading proposal guidelines, preparing budgets, and working with the Program team to review budget narratives and monitor regulatory compliance requirements.

Key responsibilities include account creation in ERP system, recording drawdowns, recording award revenues, expenses, payables, and receivables. You will also administer salary and benefits allocations, effort reporting, invoice preparation, assist in payment processing, assist in cost transfers, grant projections, and account closing.

We offer a competitive salary range of $72,000 to $108,000 per year, with a midpoint of $90,000. The ideal candidate will have six years of relevant experience, or a master's degree and four years of experience, with at least two years in a management role. A bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business administration is required, along with minimum three years of grant accounting experience.

  • Prepare accurate financial reports to funders as required.
  • Track and monitor match fund requirements and progress on a monthly basis.
