Assistant Professor of Marketing

We are seeking a highly qualified Assistant Professor of Marketing to join our faculty at Georgia Southern University. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching marketing courses, conducting research, and contributing to the department's academic programs.
Responsibilities- Teach marketing courses at the undergraduate and graduate levels
- Conduct research in marketing and publish in top-tier journals
- Contribute to the development of marketing curriculum and programs
- Advise and mentor students
- Participate in departmental and university service
To be considered for this position, applicants must have a Ph.D. in Marketing or a closely related field, with a strong research agenda and a commitment to teaching excellence. The successful candidate will also have a strong understanding of marketing principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred QualificationsPreferred qualifications include experience teaching marketing courses, conducting research in marketing, and contributing to marketing curriculum development. The successful candidate will also have a strong commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, and will be able to contribute to the university's mission to provide a diverse and inclusive learning environment.
