Assistant Professor of Marketing

We are seeking a highly qualified Assistant Professor of Marketing to join our faculty at Georgia Southern University. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching marketing courses, conducting research, and contributing to the department's academic programs.
Responsibilities- Teach marketing courses at the undergraduate and graduate levels
- Conduct research in marketing and publish in top-tier journals
- Contribute to the development of marketing curriculum and programs
- Advise and mentor students
- Participate in departmental and university service
The ideal candidate will have a Ph.D. in Marketing or a related field, with a strong research agenda and a commitment to teaching excellence. The candidate should also have experience in marketing education and a strong understanding of marketing principles and practices.
Preferred QualificationsExperience in teaching sales or sales-related courses, desire to contribute to the Center for Sales Excellence, experience teaching via web-based instruction, past business experience, and experience working collaboratively in a department or college are preferred.
