Nurse Unit Leader RN Job Description

BRIA is seeking a compassionate and experienced Nurse Supervisor (RN) to join our team as a Nurse Unit Leader RN. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you can make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents.

About the Role:

  • You will supervise and coordinate the activities of nursing assistants and other nurses on your unit.
  • You will develop and implement effective care plans that meet individual resident needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate documentation of resident care and progress.
  • Prepare and administer medications as needed.
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with all team members.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Registered Nurse licensure in the State of Illinois.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • A minimum of one year experience as a Nurse Supervisor or in a similar leadership role.
  • At least three years experience in long-term care.
