Your Role:

As a Quality Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the integrity of our manufacturing processes. You will be responsible for:

  • Leading problem-solving teams focused on quality issues in the production line.
  • Driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance process efficiency and product quality.
  • Acting as a liaison between various departments to address and resolve quality concerns.
  • Reviewing and ensuring compliance with quality management systems, specifications, and work instructions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and mitigate non-conformance issues to minimize customer complaints.
  • Collaborate with Manufacturing Engineering to enhance product quality.
  • Reduce waste and rework through active participation in process improvement projects.
  • Ensure adherence to industry standards and company policies.
  • Lead the development and execution of quality plans aimed at reducing scrap and rework.
  • Enhance manufacturing and inspection processes to prevent defects.
  • Provide expert quality engineering support and guidance.
  • Participate in technical investigations and provide solutions.
  • Deliver training to teams on quality standards and practices.
  • Support initiatives that improve product acceptance and quality engineering processes.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field with a minimum of 5 years of experience, or an Advanced Degree with at least 3 years of experience.
  • Candidates with significant experience in Quality Engineering without a degree may also be considered.
  • U.S. citizenship is required for this position.

Work Environment:

This position is primarily onsite, requiring a presence in our manufacturing facility. Candidates should be prepared for a dynamic work environment where collaboration and innovation are key.
