Position Overview:
Under the general oversight of the Director of the Housing Choice Voucher Program, the Housing Quality Assurance Evaluator is responsible for conducting timely inspections of residential units as mandated by the operational guidelines of the Housing Choice Voucher Program.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and evaluate housing units to ensure compliance with established quality standards.
- Interpret, communicate, and enforce the regulations governing the Housing Choice Voucher Program in relation to inspections.
- Carry out work assignments following established protocols, seeking guidance for any atypical situations that may arise.
Reporting Structure:
This position reports directly to the Director of the Housing Choice Voucher Program and is classified as a non-exempt role under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA).
