We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to fill the role of Administrative Coordinator. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for answering and directing all incoming telephone calls to the agency utilizing our software and databases. You will also complete Agency mail functions and administrative tasks as assigned.

The ideal candidate will have excellent attendance, punctuality, and flexibility to assist in shift coverage and participate in administrative projects. A high school diploma is required, and prior experience with a computerized, multi-line phone system and/or experience as an administrative assistant is strongly preferred.

In this role, you will ensure that the switchboard is opened and closed in a timely manner, process and triage high call volume within set timelines, maintain a professional demeanor when processing calls, and follow agency protocol to process emergency calls. You will also develop an in-depth knowledge of our staff database and consumer databases.
