Job OverviewQuest Global is seeking a skilled Document Management Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our document control systems, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in our document handling processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain document control systems, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in document handling processes
  • Develop and implement document management procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless document control processes
  • Provide administrative support to the engineering team, including document preparation and distribution
Requirements
  • Associate's degree in business administration or related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in document control or administration, preferably in the aerospace or automotive industries
  • Proficiency in document management systems and software
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with team members and stakeholders effectively
