Aircraft Maintenance Specialist

Bombardier is a global leader in aviation, and we're seeking a skilled Aircraft Maintenance Specialist to join our team. As a Quality Assurance Inspector, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety in our aircraft maintenance programs.
Key Responsibilities- Research and capture all maintenance program requirements, including Inspection Program, Airworthiness Directives, Service Bulletins, and Instructions for Continued Airworthiness.
- Conduct on-aircraft inspections to construct accurate configurations of specific aircraft.
- Utilize research to establish aircraft maintenance requirements pertinent to customer visits and organize results into understandable reports.
- Support Quality Inspectors by performing Quality Inspector duties and returning A/C to service when requested from Quality Leadership.
- Ensure all work packages and records of arrival, maintenance, and corrective actions performed are documented accurately.
- Perform walk-around inspections of aircraft for release from maintenance.
- Train, coach, and mentor employees in the performance of duties in area(s) of qualification.
- A&P Certificate
- 5+ years aircraft (corporate or commercial jet) maintenance experience
- Minimum of 1 year experience on Bombardier aircraft
- At least 1 year experience as a Quality Inspector
- Ability to apply Planning and Problem-solving to resolve issues and meet commitments
- Strategic thinking in making decisions and seizing opportunities in the context of Business objectives
- Team player with customer orientation
- Ability to develop yourself and others to be and do their best
