Responsibilities:
Oversee the kitchen team, including sous chefs, line cooks, and dishwashers
Develop and implement menus, recipes, and cooking techniques
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company standards
Manage inventory, ordering, and storage of ingredients and supplies
Collaborate with the executive chef to plan and execute special events and promotions

Requirements:
3+ years of kitchen management experience in a high-volume restaurant

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures
