About Radegast Hall & Biergarten

We are a high-volume beer hall offering a unique dining experience. Our menu features local and national exclusive drafts, as well as a self-service concession style grill serving sausages and sandwiches. We are looking for a passionate leader who can invigorate our kitchen and menu while remaining true to our core identity: simple, soulful, bohemian, plentiful, and nostalgic.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage kitchen and grill staff, as well as vendors
  • Maintain tight inventory and costs; strong understanding of P&L
  • Develop and implement menu concepts that align with our brand
  • Ensure exceptional customer service and a welcoming atmosphere

Requirements
  • Minimum five years New York City executive experience
  • DOH certification
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
  • Passion for great food and excellent customer service
