- Perform daily cash office functions, maintaining cash office standards and ensuring accuracy in financial transactions.
- Support Operations Assistant Store Manager with scheduling, expense account monitoring, supply inventory, and requisition.
- Maintain proper associate coverage in service areas, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Support and respond to coverage needs throughout the store, prioritizing tasks as needed.
- Communicate effectively with management and associates, providing progress updates and addressing priorities.
- Participate in associate training and development, ensuring effectiveness and efficiency in store operations.
- Ensure adherence to all labor laws, policies, and procedures, maintaining a safe and compliant work environment.
- Maintain all organizational, cleanliness, and recovery standards for the sales floor and participate in the maintenance/cleanliness of the entire store.
- Promote credit and loyalty programs, supporting store sales and revenue growth.
- Support and participate in store shrink reduction goals and programs, maintaining a secure and loss-prevention-focused environment.
- Promote safety awareness and maintain a safe environment, ensuring associate and customer well-being.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
- Outstanding communication and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
- Capable of multi-tasking and responding to changes in direction or unexpected situations.
- Team player, working effectively with peers and supervisors.
- Able to train others and provide guidance and support.
- 1 year retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience.
