Key Responsibilities

  • Support store management in the execution of store-related administrative functions, including scheduling, expense account monitoring, and supply inventory.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date associate personnel files, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Perform daily cash office functions, maintaining cash office standards and ensuring accuracy in financial transactions.
  • Support Operations Assistant Store Manager with scheduling, expense account monitoring, supply inventory, and requisition.
  • Maintain proper associate coverage in service areas, ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Support and respond to coverage needs throughout the store, prioritizing tasks as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with management and associates, providing progress updates and addressing priorities.
  • Participate in associate training and development, ensuring effectiveness and efficiency in store operations.
  • Ensure adherence to all labor laws, policies, and procedures, maintaining a safe and compliant work environment.
  • Maintain all organizational, cleanliness, and recovery standards for the sales floor and participate in the maintenance/cleanliness of the entire store.
  • Promote credit and loyalty programs, supporting store sales and revenue growth.
  • Support and participate in store shrink reduction goals and programs, maintaining a secure and loss-prevention-focused environment.
  • Promote safety awareness and maintain a safe environment, ensuring associate and customer well-being.
Requirements
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
  • Outstanding communication and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
  • Capable of multi-tasking and responding to changes in direction or unexpected situations.
  • Team player, working effectively with peers and supervisors.
  • Able to train others and provide guidance and support.
  • 1 year retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience.
