About the Job

We are currently looking for a skilled Electronics Assembly Specialist to join our team at RTX. This role is perfect for someone who is interested in working with electronics and has experience with assembly and inspection processes.

Key Responsibilities

As an Electronics Assembly Specialist, you will be responsible for:
  • Assembling and inspecting electronic components and systems
  • Operating multiple pieces of equipment simultaneously
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the work area
  • Providing routine equipment maintenance and troubleshooting
  • Working collaboratively with other team members to achieve production goals

Job Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. secret clearance
  • Post-offer testing requirement: You will be required to take post-offer qualifying tests to determine whether you meet the qualifications for this position

Compensation and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this role is $64,000 - $84,000, based on experience and location.
