About the Manufacturing Operations Associate Role

We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Operations Associate to join our team at RTX. This role is perfect for someone who is interested in working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and has experience with assembly and inspection processes.

Key Responsibilities

As a Manufacturing Operations Associate, you will be responsible for:
  • Assembling and inspecting electronic components and systems
  • Operating multiple pieces of equipment simultaneously
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the work area
  • Providing routine equipment maintenance and troubleshooting
  • Working collaboratively with other team members to achieve production goals

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. secret clearance
  • Post-offer testing requirement: You will be required to take post-offer qualifying tests to determine whether you meet the qualifications for this position

Compensation and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this role is $65,000 - $85,000, based on experience and location. In addition to a competitive salary, you will also receive a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, as well as opportunities for professional development and career growth.
