Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Manager to join our team at Compass Group Careers. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth through effective account management and sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement site visit plans to ensure client retention and satisfaction
  • Collaborate with branches to support grand openings and drive business growth
  • Ensure compliance with local and national account standards, reviewing corporate compliance reporting and implementing action plans as needed
  • Develop and track incremental sales plans with local management to increase profitability
  • Coordinate efforts to improve customer retention and client experience at the point of sale
  • Build retail pricing opportunities and encourage repeat sales, introducing new products to increase revenue
  • Drive compliance to merchandising standards and assess performance by location through audit reports
  • Perform the job functions of the Route Driver position, including driving a company vehicle over an established route to deliver products and render services
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree preferred; two-year college degree or equivalent combination of education and experience acceptable
  • Three years of driving experience required, with a valid Non-CDL Class C driver's license and good driving record
  • Preferred one to two years of experience in a customer service position or a minimum of one year of related experience
  • Route management, retail, and merchandising experience preferred
  • Ability to operate or willingness to learn material handling equipment, such as box trucks and handcarts
  • Food and beverage experience
  • Excellent communication skills required
  • Must be able to travel to client sites and lift 50 pounds on a consistent basis
