Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Manage storage units, including conducting daily inspections, auditing cash drawers, and making bank deposits
  • Assess customer storage needs and make suggestions, including selling packing and moving supplies
  • Perform daily maintenance tasks, including sweeping/mopping interior areas and maintaining exterior grounds/curb appeal
  • Utilize a valid driver's license and own vehicle to travel between different work locations and/or conduct other work-related business
Requirements
  • Experience in customer service centered sales environments, including retail, restaurant, fast food, or other service-based companies
  • Ability to transport lift/move items weighing up to 35 pounds
  • Ability to walk in/around facilities, spending up to 50% of time in outdoor environments, including climbing stairs and opening large doors
