Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective benefit strategies to meet clients' needs and improve their overall health and wellbeing.
  • Maintain relationships with clients, communicating regularly to ensure their satisfaction with our services and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales, marketing, and operations, to develop and execute business plans that drive revenue growth and market share.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to client inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.

Requirements

This position requires a bachelor's degree in a related field and a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in the employee benefits, insurance, or human resources industry. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and projects concurrently with little supervision.

Salary Range
$85,000 - $110,000 per year.
